It is a pleasure to welcome you to Arlington Heights United Methodist church. As I write this, we are in a peculiar time of "sheltering in place," which has caused many changes in all of our lives.
For AHUMC, this means that we have moved our worship services online, both on our website and on Facebook, and we hope you will join us for traditional worship recorded in our Sanctuary, and blended Third Space worship each week.
We have also moved many small groups online, and are taking advantage of this opportunity to create new small groups and form new connections in our community.
Missionally, our congregation is reaching out to help our community in partnership with the FWISD, Tarrant Area Food Bank, WestAid, and the Presbyterian Night Shelter. While we have shifted the way we engage in our community, we are still seeking ways to act in love and service to our neighbors.
For a summary of how you are invited to participate in all of these ministries, please visit our home page. We look forward to the day when we can return to greet one another in person. Until then, if you would like information about our ministries, or would like to speak with a minister, please contact Laurie Meek, who will be happy to connect you with a member of our staff.
