Elexio

Elexio is our church database. With your Elexio account, you can update your personal information and access information in the church directory. You can also make a contribution online and download a giving statement. Our church app can be used to check in for church events.

1) To access your Elexio accountclick here. If you need help setting up an account or do not know your password, please email Linda Nevitt (lnevitt@ahumc.com). Here, you can edit your personal information, view/download your giving history (going back to 2013), reset your password, view the church directory, and edit your directory profile.

(To edit your directory profile, click on the heart symbol, click on "profile," then click on the three dots next to your name. Click on each bar to select directory visibility.)

2) To make a contribution onlineclick here. Click "sign in" to access your account. (If you are unable to access your account, you can make a guest contribution and our Finance Manager, Becky Smith, will link it to your account.) You might receive a popup window about a Ministry ID. You can close this window to proceed to online giving. Once you are logged in, you can make a contribution, view your recurring contributions, and view your giving history. [Note: On this site, you will only see giving history going back to mid-October 2020.]

3) To install the church app: On your mobile device, search in the app store for "Church by Ministry One." Enter our zip code (76107) and select "Arlington Heights UMC." We can send occasional reminders to church members using the "push notification" function, so recommend that you allow this feature. Click on the three bars on the top left of the screen to sign in. The app will walk you through a security login process. Once in, you will be able to: give online, check your giving history, view the directory, and receive messages from the church. If you do not want all of your information to be available on the online church directory, please follow the directions in #1, above, or simply let Linda Nevitt know.
