  • Advent Bible Study: Begins December 1, 6:30 p.m. Online

    This Advent, take time to experience the Means of God's Grace. Led by Dr. Mary Spradlin, with video lessons from Wesleyan scholars, we'll deepen our spiritual practices while studying the grace-filled theology of Methodism's founder, John Wesley. This study begins December 1 and will meet over Zoom for 4 Wednesdays. Click here to request Zoom link.

  • "Silent Night" Children’s Musical: Dec. 5 • 6 p.m.

    Our children’s choirs will present the story of Christmas through their musical, "Silent Night." Invite your friends!


  • Service of Healing & Hope: Dec. 8 • 6:30 p.m. 

    Those who experience grief at this time of year are encouraged to attend this quiet, meditative service featuring music and Holy Communion.

  • Grandmas' Breakfast with Santa: Dec. 11, 9:00 a.m.

    The Grandmothers of AHUMC invite your family for breakfast, crafts, storytelling, and a visit from Saint Nick! All are welcome at this FREE event, 9–10:30 a.m.!

  • cocoa & carols: December 12, 11 a.m.

    December 12: We will have ONE Traditional Service in the Sanctuary at 8:30, and ONE Combined Cocoas & Carols Service in the Fellowship Hall at 11:00. 


    Join us for a fun & festive service at 11:00 a.m. on December 12! We'll have a Cocoa Bar, our Children's Choirs will sing, and the congregation will join together in familiar carols. Invite a friend!

  • Chancel Choir presents Messiah : Dec. 12, 7 p.m.

    More than 80 musicians and a full orchestra will present this musical event! 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

  • Carols by Candlelight: Dec. 19 • 7 p.m.

    Celebrate the songs of the season as presented by hand bells and other instruments.          

  • Christmas Eve Services: Dec. 24 - 5, 7:30 & 11 p.m.

    Worship with us and celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ (5, 7:30, & 11 p.m.). The 5 p.m. service features a special emphasis on children.
