AHUMC has two performing groups that bring the art of handbell ringing to the congregation and community. The ringers rehearse diligently weekly in an effort to provide enhanced worship experiences for all who gather for worship at Arlington Heights UMC. The groups perform two major concerts each year with handbells and a wide variety of instruments to accompany the bells.
The ringers perform on a five octave set of Schulmerich Handbells, six-and-one-half octaves of Malmark Choirchimes and an additional three octave set of Schulermich handbells for use as needed.
